1. Shipping Coverage We ship automotive spare components across India, with our primary operations based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We currently serve customers in Mumbai Area only.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays)

  • Custom or special orders may require 3-5 business days for processing

3. Delivery Timeline

4. Shipping Charges

  • Within Mumbai: Flat rate of ₹200 (minimum)
  • Within Maharashtra: At actual or calculated based on weight and destination
  • Rest of India: At actual or calculated based on weight and destination
  • Heavy or oversized components may incur additional charges

6. Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.

7. Packaging All automotive components are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items receive extra cushioning.
